This is a thief you’ll actually want in your home! Sampling beer or wine is easy with the 19″ Fermtech Wine Thief. Allows you to draw samples and take a hydrometer reading at the same time. Faster than using a regular test jar, it lets you return the wort to the carboy with less risk of infection, cutting down on losing any of your finished product.

• Efficiently draws wine and beer samples
• Also takes hydrometer reading simultaneously
• Sanitize the unit before use, then take a sample, reading and then return the sample back to the fermenter

Note: This product doesn’t fit into smaller ½ to 1-gallon carboys and also will not fit the Herculometer for gravity readings.
