Omega Yeast OYL-111 German Bock Lager Yeast

This German bock lager yeast produces a beer that is well balanced between malt and hop character. This profile makes it well suited for Bocks, Doppelbocks, and Oktoberfest style beers where malt flavors should be prominent. Also good for Helles style lager beer.

NOTE: During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
