• Product Range: We offer a curated selection including Beer Yeast, Hops, Malt Extract, All-Grain Equipment, Beer Kits (Belgian, German, IPA, Lager), Kegging & Bottling supplies, Cleaning & Sanitation products, and more.
• Product Information: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color or packaging may occur. Product availability is subject to change.
• Intended Use: All products are sold for personal, non-commercial homebrewing and beverage production. We assume no liability for products used outside their intended purpose.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we ship the items.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• Payment is processed at the time of order.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Cost: $12.95. Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates only. Delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control.
• You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items (Health & Safety): All ingredients (Beer Yeast, Hops, Malt Extract, Malted Grains, Additives & Spices) and opened consumables cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.
